Development platform preparation complete
Preparation works for the development site for E20 Park Copenhagen are now complete following ten months of work by our dedicated team, led by general contractors Dansk Hal.
The 38ha area has been cleared and levelled, with a new balancing pond created to protect local water levels. A new link road connecting with the E20 in both directions has also been completed including a tunnel under the adjacent rail line taking vehicles to and from the heart of the site.
Main services, including water and electricity are in place too providing ample power to meet future occupiers’ requirements and save time in the development process as businesses take space here.
“Logistics is in high demand and we need to be ready as quickly as possible,” said Marek Kubica, part of Verdion’s technical team on the project. “Getting the site infrastructure in place and services installed early on has worked very well on previous parks and is a key part of our development strategy here at E20 Park Copenhagen. Ultimately, businesses need space quickly and this approach helps speed up our handover date.”
