E20 Park Copenhagen secures new letting across two units

E20 Park Copenhagen, one of Denmark’s largest logistics parks, has announced a new letting of more than 16,600 sq m across two units.

The park, which has been created by Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, and pan-European logistics real estate specialist Verdion, has leased DC 1.1 and 1.2 .to a leading car service occupier.

The agreement will see the firm occupy 15,226 sq m of warehouse space alongside 612 sq m of office facilities and an 805 sq m mezzanine area with car/HGV parking. It joins Danish furniture retailer Holmris at E20 Park, which has leased more than 7,000 sq m, as well as NDI Group and Molo, which have both been residents at the park since 2022 and together occupy 12,000 sq m in a separate building.

Owned by Aviva Investors, E20 Park Copenhagen is one of Denmark’s largest logistics parks, offering a wide range of unit sizes on its 38-ha site – from smaller scale warehousing for immediate occupation to very large scale, technically complex buildings. All buildings are developed targeting high construction and sustainability standards, designed to achieve DGNB Gold building certification. Over 40% of the Danish population lives within an hour’s drive of the site, which is 25 minutes from Copenhagen city centre.

A further 14,000 sq m of new space remains, with immediate availability in two units, each with around 250 sq m of offices and 565 sq m of mezzanine as well as 6,000+ sq m of warehousing. They benefit from 12.2m headroom, 50kN/m² UDL floor loading, LED lighting and an ESFR sprinkler system, with all mains services connected and available and a 56-meter-deep fenced yard. Lease terms are available from retained agents CBRE.
